Yes, all appointments at Jill Jones Bridal are by appointment only.
Our styling appointments give you time with our team to explore the collection, try on your favourite dresses and find the one that feels right for you.You can book your bridal appointment online. Please note we are closed on Tuesdays.

Our one-to-one styling sessions are available in two appointment options: our Bridal Appointment (90 minutes) and our Signature Appointment (2 hours).
During your appointment, we’ll have a chat about your wedding, your personal style and what you’re looking for in your dress. Then comes the fun part… trying them on. -
Here are a few things to keep in mind. Please don’t wear freshly applied fake tan or instant tan to your appointment, as it can transfer onto our dresses.
When it comes to underwear, we recommend something nude and comfortable that doesn’t dig in.
You can wear a strapless bra in ivory or nude, or ditch the bra completely, all of our wedding dresses have built-in cups and great structure. -
We love a party as much as the next person, but bringing too many people to your appointment can quickly become overwhelming. Too many opinions can make the experience feel stressful and take the focus away from what really matters - you.
For our Bridal Appointment, we recommend bringing up to four of your nearest and dearest.
Our Signature Appointment allows you to bring up to six guests, giving you a little more time and space to enjoy the experience together.
At the end of the day, it’s how you feel in your dress that matters most. -
Our wedding dresses range from £1600 to £5000.

Our gowns in the studio range from UK 8–26, with styles available to order in sizes UK 2–26.

On average, wedding dresses take around 5-6 months to arrive once ordered. Some of our designers can also offer rush orders if your wedding date is sooner.

We do! We have a selection of veils and accessories available in the studio to help you complete your bridal look.
Your stylist can help you find the perfect finishing touches during your appointment.

Absolutely. You’re more than welcome to take photos during your appointment, so you can look back on your wedding dress shopping experience for years to come.

While we don’t offer in-house alterations, we can recommend talented and trusted seamstresses who can help with any final adjustments to your dress.
If you need a recommendation, just let us know, we’re happy to help.

Once you’ve found your dress, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the remaining balance due upon collection.
Then it’s time to start counting down to your big day!

As all of our gowns and accessories are handmade and ordered specifically for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
